No, Saw Palmete products are formulated specifically for head hair and will not cause body hair to grow.
No, definitely not. Just because any product is herbal does not mean it is suitable for internal ingestion. These are Shampoo’s and Conditioners and contain surfactants and as such are suitable for topical use only.

ALS or Ammonium Lauryl Sulfate is a surfactant and is fantastic at mopping up grease and dirt. It removes the dirty hair oil that builds up over the course of the day and leaves your scalp clean and healthy. In order to clean a shampoo must contain a surfactant. ALS is a gentler surfactant suitable for more delicate skin types. However there are always those whom are an exception. Recently, you may have noticed companies declaring their products ‘sulfate free’ or ‘ALS free’ which gives the impression that ALS is bad for you. This is not the case. Sodium Lauryl Sulfate (SLS) is however a harsher surfactant and is more likely to cause irritation on sensitive skin types. We have not included SLS in our products.
